Not only have the items I have bought form D&D are the most exquisite, they are always in excellent vintage condition. But the shop owner is an absolute angel. She is a kind, generous, complementary, and a very communicative person, not to mention she is an artist in her own right in how she curates the items, and what she sources. The item itself is absolutely stunning and was in beautiful condition. But even more importantly for me, the customer service was exquisite. I opened the box to find a beautiful handwritten note that had a gorgeous wax seal on the envelope. The attention to detail and the time spent to make it A luxury experience was greatly appreciated.
